Job Description

• Reports directly to Director of Marketing & Communications.
• Develop & Implement all marketing strategies and activities of the Hotels to uphold image and brand positioning within marketplace and the general public. These include advertising, promotions, public relations, partner and channel marketing, loyalty marketing, campaign management, digital and new media development, social media engagement, as well as events management.
• Coordinate internal activities and communications, such as media shooting arrangement With national /regional teams and Public Relations agency.
• To assist the Director of Marketing & Communications in ensuring hotel and brand standards are adhered to in all written forms of communication, either issued by the hotel or the media including guestroom collateral, in-room TV system, hotel showcases, outlet collateral and public area brochure racks.
• To collate all monthly marketing communications promotion.
• Ensure sales and F&B teams receive full marketing and PR support including collateral.

Qualifications

• Strong leadership skills with the ability to build relationships and influence at all levels
• An advanced knowledge of creating, leading and managing projects and campaigns recognizing priorities and working to budget restraints and tight deadlines
• Ability to communicate, both verbally and written, effectively with guests, vendors and co-workers.

• Bachelor degree, Relevant degree, in business Marketing, Communications, Public Relations or Hotel Management.
• Good command of both written and spoken English & Thai, computer skills are necessary.
• Able to manage work systematically, well organized.
