We invite dedicated, passionate, and creative candidates to join our team as Reservations Agents. Your role will be to deliver exceptional service that enhances guest satisfaction and retention while maximizing booking opportunities.
Key Responsibilities:
- Strive to convert every booking inquiry into a confirmed stay and provide prompt resolutions to all inquiries and requests.
- Handle incoming reservation requests and correspondence, confirming or regretting based on the Opera Cloud strategy regarding availability, rates, and inventory. Ensure a quick turnaround on responses.
- Effectively sell and adhere to management instructions, with a focus on upselling to maximize occupancy and revenue.
- Stay informed about room types, rates, promotions, and amenities to communicate options clearly and make informed recommendations.

About you
Minimum Knowledge, Skills & Experience:
- Highest Education: High school diploma or equivalent.
- Proficient in computer skills.
- Demonstrates adaptability and flexibility.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in a related field.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with proficiency in English and Arabic.
- Self-starter who works well with minimal supervision.
- Well-organized with effective time management skills.
- Languages required: French, Spanish, Arabic, and English.
