La risorsa si occuperà di:

dare il benvenuto ed accogliere il cliente
check in e check out
assegnare le camere
informare del regolamento interno;
gestione dei reclami o disguidi;
operazioni di cassa;
funzioni amministrative, come la gestione della posta elettronica e non, l’attenzione telefonica e l’archivio e gestione di documenti, come fatture, identificazioni e rapporti;

Si richiede:

Esperienza pregressa nel ruolo di almeno 6 mesi

Inglese fluente scritto e parlato

Conoscenza del sistema operativo OPERA

Ottime doti di comunicazione
