Al The Westin Excelsior Rome, prestigioso Hotel 5 stelle al Centro di Roma, cerchiamo un/a Concierge Junior da inserire nell'immediato per un contratto di sostituzione ferie.
La risorsa si occuperà di:
- Rispondere alle richieste degli ospiti per diversi servizi quali: trasporto, prenotazioni, servizi guardaroba, informazioni turistiche, ecc.
- Rispondere alle richieste speciali degli ospiti con esigenze uniche
- Raccogliere, riassumere e fornire informazioni agli ospiti sulla struttura e sui servizi della zona circostante, inclusi eventi e attività culturali, sociali, ecc.
- Contattare la persona o il reparto appropriato per risolvere la richiesta o il problema degli ospiti.
Si richiede:
