About the job
Tridente Collection è alla ricerca di una governante per gli hotel del gruppo, situati nel centro a Roma.
La figura ricercata dovrà occuparsi di:
- Organizzare e controllare la pulizia giornaliera delle camere e delle aree comuni
- Coordinare il personale ai piani
- Controllare gli standard qualitativi
- Gestire e monitorare gli approvvigionamenti
- Comunicare con la reception e altri reparti per interventi tecnici tempestivi
- Formare e gestire il team
Si richiede
- ESPERIENZA PREGRESSA in strutture 4-5 stelle
- ottime capacità organizzative.
Si offre contratto diretto con l'hotel, iniziale tempo determinato, full time, distribuito 6 giorni su 7.
Contratto CCNL Turismo Confcommercio 14 mensilità più buoni pasto.
