About the job
* To maintain a high standard of personal hygiene, dress, uniform, and body language.
* To be present throughout the service
* To be polite and professional in any situation where the image or regulation of the resort is represented.
* Coordinating the work and activities of others - Getting members of a group to work together to accomplish tasks.
* Work with 'Can Do' attitude and if there is any problem which cannot be handled, must contact you superior.
* Ensure that you understands the portion of the menu content which includes recipes and food presentation guidelines and assist you host to maintain the same quality.
* Efficient and diplomatic in all situations involving any aspect of Food and Beverage where the reputation of the destination and resort is represented.
* Drive HACCP and follow up with team daily.

About you
* Minimum 2-3 year's experiencés in a similar role.
* Must be creative with the ability to prepare cold appetizers for the menus.
* Strong knowledge of Tartars, carpaccio, Salads, classic cold dishes and modern cold dishes etc.
* Ensure that guests expectations are exceeded by providing efficient, attentive and friendly service.
* Monitor food wastage, spoilage and reduce i zero through constant checks.
* Ensure timely preparation, and garnishing of menu items, including buffet preparation.
