Job Summary
The Hostess is responsible for greeting and welcoming our guests in a warm and friendly manner. Escorting guests to their tables and ensuring they are comfortable. Manage reservations and seating arrangements efficiently. Maintain a clean and organized front-of-house area. Answer phone calls and assist with guest inquiries.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Responsible for warmly welcoming guests as they arrive, managing the reservation list, and efficiently seating guests at appropriate tables
2. Guide guests through the dining rooms and provide any needed assistance
3. Guide guests through the dining rooms and provide any needed assistance
4. Check menus to ensure they are current, clean, plentiful, and wrinkle-free
5. Follow all company and safety and security policies and procedures; report accidents, injuries, and unsafe work conditions to manager.
6. Suggest to guests on Menu selection.
7. Obsess over delighting guests and create wow moments.
8. Seamlessly coordinate with the culinary team to ensure timely service to the guest.

Requirements
1. Great conversational skills for engaging with guests.
2. Strong English skills
3. Positive Attitude and willingness to learn.
4. Hotel School Degree or a diploma would be an added advantage.
5. Minimum of 3 years of experience as a waiter / Waitress in a 5 star hotel.
