We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Housekeeping Supervisor to join our team at our prestigious 5-star hotel. The ideal candidate will have a key eye for detail, strong leadership skills, and a passion for delivering exceptional guest experience. The chosen candidate will play a key role in delivering high-quality service, maintaining hotel standards, and upholding our commitment to excellence.
Responsibilities:
* Supervise housekeeping staff and coordinate daily activities.
* Inspect rooms and public areas to ensure cleanliness and readiness.
* Train, mentor, and evaluate housekeeping employees.
* Ensure adherence to hygiene, health, and safety regulations.
* Handle inventory and requisition of cleaning supplies.
* Address and resolve guest concerns regarding room cleanliness.
* Report maintenance issues and follow up on resolutions.
Requirements:
* Fluent spoken English
* Previous experience in housekeeping, preferably in a 5-star hotel environment.
* Self-motivated and able to work on their own initiative.
* Excellent grooming standards and professional appearance
* Strong communication, organisation, and customer service skills.
* Ability to perform well under pressure in a fast-paced setting.
* Sharp attention to detail and a passion for delivering exceptional guest service.
* Flexibility to work varied shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
