About you

12-Month Culinary Arts Internship – The Ritz-Carlton (J-1 Visa Program)

This opportunity is part of the U.S. J-1 Internship Program, offering international candidates the chance to gain professional culinary training at The Ritz-Carlton for a period of 12 months, with an additional 30 days for travel in the United States upon completion of the program, if desired.

We are seeking passionate and motivated individuals who are committed to a future in the culinary arts. This is an immersive and structured culinary training program designed to develop the next generation of global culinary leaders. A genuine passion for food, hospitality, and professional growth is essential.

Eligibility Requirements

To qualify for the J-1 Internship Visa for this program, you must meet the following criteria:

Age Requirement:

You must be at least 18 years old at the time of application.

Educational Background:
You must meet one of the following criteria:
a. Current Student:

You are currently enrolled in a Culinary Arts diploma or degree program at a post-secondary institution recognized by your local government.

OR
b. Recent Graduate:

You have graduated from a Culinary Arts diploma or degree program within the last 12 months.

Language required: English.
