About the job

This is not a career choice but more lifestyle choice for a junior chef that has a combined passion for food and the mountains.The head chef is responsible for our winter and summer season menu creation and execution. The head chef will oversee the daily operation of the kitchen from staffing schedules, to orders to some basic administration. This position requires a full hands on approach for mise-en-place and service.

  • Can be up to CHF 65000 PA
  • Accommodation is subsidised making it 50% cheaper than the market rates. First time seasonal employees find it difficult finding accommodation so our accommodation negates that process.

About you

At least chef de partie level will be required. The skills are one thing but then work ethic, attitude and character will be considerable considerations.

  • Language required: English. French is a plus
