Housekeeping Supervisor
About the job
* Update the status of free rooms (empty and clean before 10:30 a.m. and occupied ones before 3:00 p.m.)
* File the reports of the personnel in charge
* Ensure the satisfaction of our guests
* Effectively supervise employees under their charge and carry out the specific training of the new hires
* Knowledge of the internal regulations of the hotel
* Control, handle and store correctly all the material corresponding to your area
* Comply with the provisions of the recycling procedure
* Keep areas in perfect order and cleanliness
* Organize, direct, coordinate, supervise, and control the work of the collaborators under his charge
* Carry out periodic controls of storage, handling, and performance of cleaning products.
* Prepare supervisor report
* Make the distribution of rooms to chambermaids.
* Carry out the checks room list.
* Carry out the cleaning planning processes of their areas
* Make the corresponding records
* Hold feedback meetings with staff under your supervision
* Hold meetings to update processes
* Report incidents to Housekeeping Organizer and Executive Housekeeper
* Supervise the cleaning of the rooms
* Have the appropriate information to guarantee the quality levels set, as well as carry out and guarantee the adequate training of the department's collaborators
* Verify the proper use of equipment and work materials
* Check the assortment of whites and accessories
* Verify that unnecessary noise is not made in work areas

* Knowledge and experience with chemical handling.
* Team management skills
* Knowledge of recycling and first aid
* Knowledge of preventive maintenance
* Knowledge of health and safety policies
* Basic knowledge of English
- Language required: Spanish.
