O’Donoghue Ring Collection is home to Hotels, Apartments, Spa, Restaurants & Bars centrally located in the vibrant town centre of Killarney and Castleisland, Co. Kerry. The River Island Hotel are currently recruiting for a Commis Chef, reporting to the Head Chef.
What you'll do:
- Assisting in the food preparation process.
- Cooking and preparing elements of high quality dishes.
- Preparing vegetables, meats and fish.
- Assisting other Chefs.
- Helping with deliveries and restocking.
- Assisting with stock rotation and cleaning stations.
- Contributing to maintaining kitchen and food safety standards.
About you:
- Level 1 and 2 Food Safety Awards are desirable.
- Experience working with kitchen equipment.
- Strong communicator and team player.
- Fluent English is an advantage.
- Candidates must have a legal right to work in Ireland.
