Job Description

ROLE AND RESPONSABILITIES:
As Operator (M/F), you will report to the Front Office Manager and will be responsible for ensuring general telephone service, establishing internal and external calls. Makes the establishment of contacts with the outside at the request of customers. Provides information to customers about the facilities and services of the Hotel. Identifies and handles, if possible, complaints, taking into account the need to ensure a good relationship environment and guarantees support to the Business Center and performs administrative support tasks at the reception, complying with standards and procedures, in order to guarantee the provision of a service of quality and excellence, exceeding customer expectations. As Phone Operator you will also be responsible for Room Service requests.
