La/lo stagista verrà inserito nel reparto Reception sotto la supervisione del Tutor (Front Office Manager) e avrà la possibilità di affiancare lo Staff svolgendo attività inerenti all’accoglienza Ospiti, alla loro gestione durante il soggiorno e alle operazioni amministrative connesse all’attività del Reparto. Il progetto formativo consentirà allo/a stagista di apprendere il lavoro relativo al Reparto, oltre agli standard operativi Lefay Resorts.



CARATTERISTICHE:

Diploma di Scuola Alberghiera;

Conoscenza base della lingua Inglese e di una seconda lingua (Tedesco o Francese);

Orientamento alla relazione con l'Ospite;

Forte motivazione al lavoro in Team.
