- Design and execute a seasonal, innovative menu rooted in authentic Peruvian and Nikkei culinary styles
- Maintain consistency and excellence in taste, texture, presentation, and technique
- Recruit, Train, mentor, and manage the kitchen brigade on specialized preparation methods and standards
- Oversee kitchen operations, inventory management, food safety, and hygiene compliance
- Collaborate closely with leadership on menu development, sourcing, and guest feedback integration

About you
- Minimum 5 years of experience as head chef specializing in Peruvian and/or Nikkei cuisine
- Deep understanding of traditional and modern cooking techniques from these culinary cultures
- Proven leadership skills with the ability to train and inspire kitchen staff
- Strong organizational and communication skills
- Passion for culinary innovation, ingredient integrity, and guest satisfaction
Ability to thrive under pressure and manage high-paced service environments
- Language required: English.
