Summary
- Responsible for a corresponding number of corporate clients independently
- Ensure professional telemarketing based on Hyatt Senior sales principles and smart sales philosophy
- Learn more about hotel facilities, features and services
- Systematically and efficiently categorize accounts for designated departments and report results and opportunities to the Director of Sales/Deputy Director of Sales and Marketing
- Follow up sales inquiries and identify potential business intentions.
- Establish and maintain existing customer base, and constantly develop new customers
- Achieve monthly and annual personal goals, as well as departmental goals
- Coordinate with relevant departments to ensure that guest requirements and expectations are met
- Prepare and ensure that all incident orders are communicated to relevant departments in a timely manner
Qualifications
Job requirements:
1. Fluent in typing, shorthand and document management
2, generous behavior, physical and mental health, have a certain ability to resist pressure
3. Proficient in handling business letters in both Chinese and English
4. Be aggressive and have good interpersonal relationships
5, 2 years of international hotel related work experience
6. Fluent in English
7, shift 9 o 'clock to 18 o 'clock, do five off two, occasionally in the holidays will have overtime requirements
