About the job

Preparing all necessary arrangements, such as registration cards, spa treatments, restaurant confirmation, experiences, etc. before guests’ arrivals after having handled pre-arrival requests;
- Ensure that Villas are adequately prepared to accommodate guests’ requirements, electrical car well cleaned and pools maintained and reassessed;
- Support efficient and timely check-in/out processes (deliver luggage before guests enter villas), welcome guests in a gracious and polite manner, serves welcome drinks and gets them settled in their rooms;
- Offer unpacking service upon arrival and packing service when departing;
- Ensure that any guest preferences are recorded on the guest history page and are well introduced to the appropriate departments for follow-up. Anticipate guests’ needs by learning their preferences, allergies, dislikes;
- Assess and restock villas fridges and amenities as per standard;
- Serve meals and pour drinks for guests in a calm, discrete and courteous manner, respecting timing standards if guests require in-room-dining services at villas;
- Take care of the guest's requests connected via WhatsApp and liaise with respective departments: laundry, wake up call, spa bookings, front office and any special requests etc.
- Act as an ambassador of the hotel by providing Guests any reservation, information, amenities, area attractions, spa, Kids Club reservation and dining booking, as needed;
- Check the daily cleaning carried out by Housekeeping and checking the equipment, facilities and condition of the villa and gardens before, during and after the stay
- Responding promptly and tactfully to any Guest complaint that may arise;
- See guests off when they check out, offering luggage assistance;

About you

• Be responsible at work to avoid any
dangerous situations for Guests and Staff;
• Must maintain excellent relationships within the Front Office Department and must familiarize oneself with the operations and priorities of all other hotel operating
departments;
• Able to work on a flexible schedule,
according to department needs;
• Ability to clearly communicate in English
with guests;
• Ability to handle multiple tasks at the same
time, prioritizing with utmost care for the
guest experience;
• Ability to think critically and solve problems
as they arise;
• Ability to be a clear thinker and remain
calm under pressure;
• Ability to maintain the confidentiality of
guest information;
• Strict attention to details;
• Knowledge of Borgo Pignano sustainable
commitment and act as an ambassador;
• Knowledge of services, restaurants and
experiences;
• Ability to handle sensitive matters with efficiency and discretion;
  • Languages required: Italian and English.
