A Chef de Rang at Cova


As a Chef de Rang at Cova, you will play an important role in ensuring our guests enjoy a seamless and memorable dining experience. You will be responsible for managing a section of the restaurant, coordinating with the kitchen and service staff, and delivering top-notch service with an eye for detail and a flair for hospitality.


Key Responsibilities:


  • Manage a designated section of the restaurant, ensuring smooth and efficient service.
  • Provide exceptional service standards with meticulous attention to detail, from greeting guests to taking orders and serving food and beverages.
  • Collaborate closely with kitchen staff to ensure timely and accurate order delivery.
  • Maintain a friendly and professional attitude, creating a welcoming atmosphere for our guests.
  • Handle guest inquiries and complaints with professionalism, ensuring guest satisfaction.
  • Uphold hygiene and safety standards within the restaurant.
  • Assist in training and mentoring junior staff to uphold Pasticceria Cova’s service standards.


About you

Who are you?



  • At least 2 years of experience in a similar role
  • A passion for the restaurant business and a strong focus on customer service.
  • High-spirited, lively, and friendly individuals who are animated and enthusiastic about life.
  • Exceptional communication skills in English and Italian; knowledge of French is a plus.
  • Ability to work under pressure and maintain a positive attitude.
  • Strong teamwork skills and a willingness to support colleagues to ensure the best possible service for our guests.
  • Flexibility to work full-time, including evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
