Head Waiter

Tasks

As Head Waiter, you will:

• Lead by example and ensure smooth, friendly service.


• Support and train the floor team.


• Take orders and look after our guests with care and attention.


• Coordinate with the kitchen and bar to keep everything running perfectly.


• Handle guest requests and solve any issues quickly and professionally.

Requirements

• You have solid experience as a waiter in a busy, quality restaurant.


• You enjoy leading a team and creating a welcoming atmosphere.


• You communicate clearly and stay calm under pressure.


• You care about the details and love making guests feel special.


• You have good English; other languages are a plus.
