We are currently seeking talented Mixologists to join our dynamic team. As a Mixologist, you will be responsible for crafting exceptional cocktails and beverages that delight our guests while upholding our high standards of quality and service. You will have the opportunity to showcase your creativity, expertise, and passion for mixology in a fast-paced and vibrant environment.
Responsibilities:
* Make syrups, infusions, tinctures, mixed drinks, and cocktails of all types to fulfil customer orders.
* Take orders from customers, serve drinks, and give an efficient friendly service.
* Suggest cocktails and mixed drinks to customers who are unsure about what they want to order.
* Keep the bar area clean and organized, maintaining all sanitation standards of the business and local food and beverage laws.
* Keep the bar well stocked and fully supplied with alcohol, and for filling out inventory forms in order to replace items as needed
* Prepare all drink garnishes and keep the garnish station continuously stocked during their shifts.
* Responsible for all money transactions, cash float and billing procedures.
* Meets any other request given by the Food and Beverage Manager / Superiors.
Requirements:
* Proven experience as a Mixologist or Bartender in a high-volume establishment.
* Excellent English language skills
* Extensive knowledge of spirits, wines, beers, and mixology techniques.
* Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a passion for delivering exceptional customer service.
* Ability to work efficiently under pressure and adapt to changing priorities.
* Attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining quality and consistency.
* Certification in mixology or bartending is a plus
