Service Manager
About the job
We are looking for an experienced Service manager to plan and organize daily operations of cleaning and food service departments in a private family close to Montreux.
- You will be in charge of overseeing daily service quality: cleanliness, equipment maintenance, compliance with hygiene standards, and adherence to internal service protocols.
- You will closely work with an on-site private chef to ensure food service complies with all health and safety regulations and monitor the quality of prepared meals, serving standards, and overall dining experience.
- You will be managing procurement processes for all service-related needs together with financial team.
- You are in charge of organizing and supervising care for VIP wardrobe items and clothing storage team as well as laundry operations together with housekeeping to ensure service quality.
- One of your objectives is to maintain a high level of comfort across the premises: set up and maintain garden furniture, recreation zones, pool areas, and other facilities.
- You will be leading the organization of family events, receptions in close relationship with private chef and financial department.
- You will elaborate staff training procedures on service techniques and internal standards.
- You are fully leading the service team: taking part in recruitment, onboarding, motivation, and performance development.
Requirements:
- You have a proven experience in hospitality or luxury service family management
- You have strong organizational and leadership skills
- You pay attention to detail and high standards of cleanliness and customer service
- You are able to manage multiple service areas and delegate tasks effectively
- Languages: Russian (fluent), French (good knowledge)
Conditions:
- Swiss labor contract with 100% employment;
- Work schedule: 48 hours per week, sliding weekends;
- Business trips to France;
