- Essere responsabile della vendita dell’hotel e della fornitura di informazioni ai potenziali clienti tramite telefono, e-mail o altro canale idoneo, garantendo la soddisfazione degli ospiti.- Avere ottime capacità di riconoscimento degli ospiti, abilità nelle chiamate per confermare le prenotazioni non garantite, eventuali cancellazioni delle prenotazioni in lista di attesta.- Essere in grado di gestire ogni tipo di chiamata telefonica, inoltrare le chiamate agli interni appropriati all’interno dell’hotel.

About you
- Pregressa esperienza nell’ambito dello stesso ruolo e in Hotel 5 stelle lusso
- Ottime dimestichezze con l’utilizzo di sistemi informatici e chiaa
- Ottima conoscenza della lingua italiana e inglese. Una terza lingua è preferita
- Precisione, cura del dettaglio, forte orientamento all’ospite, affidabilità, problem solving
- Ottime doti relazionali sia con gli ospiti sia con il team
- Languages required: Italian and English.
