Job Description
  • Learn to prepare of the daily service and the mise-en-place.
  • Cleaning and maintenance of your work area and the kitchenware.
  • Learn to appropriate use of work machines and individual protection equipment.
  • Correct storage of the prepared products in the appropriate chamber and identification of the preparation date.
  • Annotating the necessary products for the next service.
  • Proper order, cleaning, and maintenance of your work area.
  • Compliance with the environmental policy.
Qualifications
  • Is currently enrolled in a MBO hotel/tourism or Kitchen education.
  • Is known as enthusiastic, hospitable, team-builder, stress-resistant and representative.
  • Has passion for the hospitality.
  • Does not have to be a specialist already, but you are eager to learn.
  • Speak Spanish and English.
  • Is available for at least 6 months, 5 days per week, 40 hours of practice per week.
Additional Information
  • A trainee allowance of 600€ per month.
  • One meal per day.
  • A dynamic internship where you will experience the whole Kitchen department.
