คำอธิบายงาน

• Responsible in achieving the Catering and Banquet sales objectives and revenue goal of the hotel.
• Develops strong rapport and builds business relationship with local customer base through sales and customer interviews.
• Assists the Director of Catering in the development of Sales & Catering / Marketing plan and in budget preparation.
• Manages and administers the Catering and Banquet sales department to ensure smooth operation and all daily tasks are completed according to standard and in time.
• Coordinates with departments concerned to ensure delivery of the highest standards of services to meet customer expectations.

คุณสมบัติ

•Previous experience in a similar role preferably in a 4*+ hotel.

•Need candidate who has experience in Hotel Industry especially in part of Catering & Events Sales with good attitude, fast learning, hunter and good grooming.

•Excellent written and oral communication skills

•Team player

•Attention to detail

•Self motivated

•Effective time management
