Ayudar en la gestión operativa de grupos y eventos, garantizando su correcta ejecución y satisfacción del cliente.
Realizar un seguimiento eficiente de las solicitudes de grupos y eventos, asegurando una comunicación clara y oportuna con los clientes.
Brindar apoyo en la facturación y cobro de grupos y eventos, manteniendo registros precisos y al día.
Contribuir a la creación de plantillas en nuestro sistema CRM para facilitar la gestión de grupos y eventos futuros.
Brindar apoyo al departamento comercial en diversas tareas administrativas y de coordinación.
