Who we are looking for...
We are looking for talented chefs in the breakfast, restaurant and banquet areas who are creative and highly motivated to implement our innovative dishes. From modern Italian cuisine and upscale fine dining to huge banquets, meetings and events - we need your support to inspire our guests with culinary delights! We will find the right position for you and offer you the chance to use and develop your skills in a first-class gastronomic environment.
What your responsibilities are...
• You manage your post independently and always maintain an overview
• You prepare the dishes according to instructions and recipes
• You help set up buffets & coffee breaks for our events
• You wield the cooking spoon at events at our live cooking stations
• You are jointly responsible for the mise en place
• You optimize the productivity and efficiency of your area of responsibility and always act as a role model for others
• You regularly provide feedback and ideas to your superiors
• You work closely with the service team during the shift
• You are jointly responsible for cleanliness and maintenance in accordance with HAACP guidelines
• As a real team player, you enjoy working in a team and are always willing to help others

The company
The Munich Marriott City West sets new benchmarks and standards in meetings & events. Inspired by the Bavarian lifestyle and with 398 guest rooms and suites and nearly 5000 sqm of public space, including a state-of-the-art conference center, customized and first-class event needs are put into practice. The upscale concept includes the Italian restaurant & Vineria Assoluto with open show kitchen, the Assoluto Caffe and the Westhub Lounge & Bar, offering an outstanding culinary offering combined with warm hospitality in a stylish ambience.
