Job Description:
Conduct maintenance of all systems in general;
Respond quickly in the event of an emergency, notify appropriate personnel and follow safety protocol;
Maintain heating and plumbing systems to ensure functionality.

About you
Demonstrated experience as a maintenance technician
Working knowledge of tools, common appliances, and devices
Focused on results and quality;
Strong understanding of general maintenance processes and methods
