citizenM is looking for an energetic, genuine and passionate citizen willing to join our Operations team in the Netherlands for an exciting internship opportunity.

The selected candidate will support citizenM’s running operations by helping out in our Support Office on a range of topics. In short, the Operations Support Team is responsible for the strategic direction of F&B, Housekeeping and Logistics and Warehousing in our hotels globally.

main tasks & responsibilities

supporting logistics & warehousing solutions for our hotels
support hotels in orders for OS&E, analyze trends and advise on possible improvements
analyze, in collaboration with finance, on cost saving initiatives for our global logistics and warehousing services
source products for our hotels
perform market research for specific items within the citizenM portfolio
get to know all ins & outs of warehousing systems and in-time delivery of product

skills & qualifications

available for six or more months, preferred starting date August or September 2024
a student enrolled at a university during the entire duration of the internship
smart thinker with contemporary style
empathy and real caring for people
community and collaborate thinker
gifted at giving and receiving feedback
fluent in English, spoken and written. Additional language skills are well accepted
ambitious, motivated and eager to learn... and most importantly, you are having fun while doing it
