Graduates will build the attributes and competencies required to work in the field.Using options in Years 2 and 3, you can tailor your interests around the themes of community, leisure and wellness, tourism or management. A final-year dissertation will be chosen from themes of Community; Leisure and Well-being; Tourism; and Management. In Year 2, students have the option to study at a partner University in Europe, under the Erasmus programme. Students will undertake a 6-month professional work placement. This may be completed outside Ireland, also under the Erasmus programme. On graduation, you may continue to postgraduate study in TU Dublin or elsewhere.
